 Our Ministers Reverends Blaise and Jackie Payne minister at the Sacramento Union Gospel Rescure Mission the first Saturday of every month. Jackie leads worship and Blaise preaches. Blaise preaches a fresh Salvation message every month. There have been from 6 to over 25 Salvations at each alter call.
